Bingo Book Update Topic.

In order to add in additional info to a Bingo Book one must first obtain information about a listed target. This turns the Bingo Book from a list of names and bounties to a brief identification of the target and similarily an accurate representation of their threat levels. Information is able to be submitted to various Bounty officies located around the Shinobi World. Information can be submitted by anyone, Civilians, Dobutsu, Yakuza, Shinobi, Missing Nin. Anyone the only requirement is that the person reporting the information must have obtained the Information Icly whether by personally scouting out, engaging, infiltrating their homes, watching from a distance or any other intelligence gaining techniques. After which they report the information and it is added to the books.

There are 5 main things which are able to be reported each which net their own reward. Additional things however can be added at a later date.

Name: Some induviduals do not have their names listed, names are powerful things and such have their own benefits as it might link family, give some idea of their possible abilities etc.
Reward = 1000 Xel

Abilities: This refers to acquiring information on their chakra nature releases (first, second, third and and any additional ones), the possession of Kekkei Genkai, Devil Fruits, Siddhi, the possession of Kekkei Tota as well as information what class of shinobi they are, what positions they possess and well as their awakening if any apply. Likewise it also includes finding out if they do not have a chakra nature or they they possess chakra if they are a pirate.

Type: This refers to what type of shinobi/pirate they are and refers to gathering information on which techniques they prefer to use, weapons and tools they prefer to use, armor they are seen wearing most often, all of which contribute to gauging the overall capabilities of the Bounty

Combat Preference : 3000 Xel or 300 Niikos
Weapon Preference : 3000 Xel or 300 Niikos
Tool Preference : 3000 Xel or 300 Niikos
Armor Preference : 3000 Xel or 300 Niikos
Arch-Type: Determined upon all information above gathered, if one gathers all the above information they earn an additional 15,000 Xel or 1,500 Niikos Reward.

Arsenal: This refers to the number of missions they've completed, body count, amount of techniques currently they have been seen using. Most common technique used.

Mission Count - 1000 Xel (Per mission information obtained)
Islands Visited = 100 Niikos
Current Technique Arsenal - 1000 Xel or 100 Niikos (Per additional "new" technique) or
Top Favorite Techniques - 1000 Xel or 100 Niikos (Must be seen used either 10 times in a single topic, or at least three times in 10 separate topics)
Body Count - 1000 Xel or 100 Niikos (Per deaths recorded, if said death was a bounty the deaths are named with the kill attributed to them)

Associates: This refers to family, loved ones, squad members, those who are seen interacting with the bounty often and might have value to them for hostage or kidnapping situations. Likewise includes information on whether they are Jinchuriki and have summoning contracts.
Faction - 1000 Niikos (Definite confirmation)
Jinchuriki - 50,000 Xel (Definite confirmation)
Summoning Contract - 25,000 Xel or 2,500 Niikos (Definite confirmation)
Family - 10,000 Xel or 1,000 Niikos (Blood Relation, Marriage or Adoption must be confirmed)
Squad Members - 5,000 Xel (target must have interact with them in at least 10 mission/training topics)
Crew Members - 500 Niikos (target must have sailed with them for at least 5 islands)
Loved Ones/Friends - 5,000 Xel or 500 Niikos (Act of intimacy must be confirmed or target must have interacted with them in at least 10 CD topics)
Affiliation with World Powers (Target must have at least 5 ties, whether through family, crew members, faction etc or has been seen in the company of world power at least 2 times):

Say someone manages to overhear their name, and decide to spy on them, and watch as they are in a fight only to reveal that they have a Kyougan in their left eye and used a mixture of water and lightning techniques along with shurikenjutsu. Upon analyzing the shuriken the person was able to determine what type of poison it was but couldn't determine the exact mixture. The person trails them to find out that they are on a B-rank mission before leaving so they don't get detected. The Bingo Book Entry will be updated to be like such.
