| So its been a short week for me and it'll be even shorter. Yesterday I tore a ligament in my ankle so I have to put all my attention to this kids and surgery to repair it...I may be gone for a little while no more than 2 weeks or so but Ill be on periodically so I'll keep u guys updated so about the inconvience guys I'll be back asap ***********************  - Spoiler:
7 C-ranks and 3 B-ranks then they are drained. If they use a technique exceeding the amount of ranked jutsu allocated to them even if the overall chakra facilitates said jutsu use, they die.
