After having traveled for quite a while, it was good to finally just stand around and admire the views. The clouds flitted across the sky, white bands across the rising sun, spreading its rays over the ground below. Arikiko was standing about a mile from Shigakure but he could see the massive floating village. It was so different from Hakagakure, so much more obvious. It was as though it had nothing to hide but the sky was its protection. So few could reach it that it would be difficult to assault without specialised equipment... Which the people from Shigakure had.

Hakagakure wasn't anywhere near as nice to look at as this place, windblown Earth and ruined ground, sweltering heat rather than this gentle breeze running over his face. "It truly is beautiful, isn't it Morghul?" Arikiko whispered out, a strange tone murmuring behind his emotionless voice. "I do agree Arikiko, most pleasant to the eyes." The boy's massive weapon replied. Morghul was in his axe form currently, he had another two but he didn't use them, they weren't required and Morghul's true abilities were much more useful. "So we are waiting for the Commander of Shigakure... And Taishoku to arrive... I wonder which one will come first." Morghul spoke out, his voice rumbling through the air despite his lack of a mouth. Hopefully it wouldn't take too long, Arikiko grew bored easily...

Roxas was busily overseeing the fortifications of the blockades when a shinobi ran up to him, a scout that had been borrowing his Aruseruterasu. "Sir. A shinobi with a Hakagakure headband has been spotted roaming around a mile out on ground. Reason unknown. Possibility of a spy scouting out the village for attack preparations high. He seems to be a Genin carrying a large axe," said the scout as he reported in. Roxas looked troubled for a second. He knew some might come looking for advantage points against Shigakure but this was sooner than expected, and the detail of the shinobi sent a chill down his spine. He asked for a description of the character and when he was told, he shivered. "Arikiko..." he would mutter before giving his orders. "I'll handle this. Stay above the clouds. If there are anymore hiding then prepare for an assault. If its just him then I'll handle it. For now, let's figure out what he wants."

And with that, Roxas took off at a sprint toward the edge of one of the islands before jumping off with arms and legs spread wide. He couldn't help but smile as the wind whipped through his hair. When he was half way down he straightened out and could easily spot Arikiko's form. Adjusting himself his freefall suddenly stopped and suddenly the figure that was falling was more like skating across the sky, no longer going down, but instead straight across toward Arikiko as if walking on land.

When Roxas was within 30 feet from Arikiko and twenty feet above the ground he would come to a halt and hover on the winds. A sleek white wood scabbard with a tiger stripe design at his waste, the hilt of the weapon showing as white with crimson threads and a spike at the very end. Another weapon was attached to his back. This one was more interesting. It was a scythe that was blood red and had a single jagged blade which extended two feet outward and curved downward. Besides the weaponry, Roxas wore the flak jacket for chuunin that he had gotten from the shogunate. His missing arm was still just a stump as he looked down at Arikiko. "So we meet again. What is your business here?"

The wind dusting over his face was blissful, soft chill removing the heat from his body and his face as he stood there. Hopefully it wouldn't be too long before the commander of Shigakure came along, Arikiko could have moved closer but that might have been seen as an attack and today was just too beautiful for such. The genin let out a soft sigh, hopefully he wouldn't be too quick either, this was very pleasant.

Of course that was shattered by the voice sounding from behind him. Arikiko's eyes flew open and a pulse of red ran through them as he recognised the voice. A shudder ran down his spine and his hackles rose as he remembered what the voice was... Was this really how he reacted though? Was this violence and aggression truly his own doing? The voice in his head told him that it was and it told him what to do. A hand reached up and gripped Morghul's haft, pulling him over Arikiko's shoulder and into his other hand as well. Both of them then tightened, white knuckled as Arikiko turned around to face the Yoroi hybrid.

"Roxas... Hello again..." Arikiko hissed out, his voice tinged with a dark air as he spun his axe around and readied it on one shoulder, the weapon humming in content. "I had... A reason... For being here..." He muttered out, his eye twitching as he tried to reign in his discordant thoughts as he tried to remember why he had came her in the first place. The rage had burned it all out... Why couldn't he think? "Alliance... Shigakure... Hakagakure..." He groaned out, pain burning behind his words as he forced them out of his mouth against some greater will. "Taishoku... Coming..." He dropped to one knee and coughed loudly, his eyes clenched shut as he fought against what was trying to make him fight, trying to make him kill.

A scream wrenched itself out of Arikiko's mouth and he rose upwards once more, a golden aura blazing into life around his body as he glared upwards at Roxas. "I hope Taishoku gets here soon... Because if he doesn't... Shigakure won't have a commander for very long." Arikiko grinned, the pained edge no longer evident before he dropped into a crouch and jumped upwards at Crashing Ground speeds, something holding his adrenaline at bay but he didn't take any heed of it. Instead he swung his axe around towards Roxas's midrift to try and cleave him in half or at least shut down that weapon of his...

Roxas raised an eyebrow, almost tempted to go to the boy's side as he showed much mental stress. But if there was one thing he knew, it was madness. The blade he had obtained before the exams gave off waves of madness and the blood lust coming from Arikiko was quite similar. However, this sympathy quickly faded as the boy further spoke, a more chilling tone to his voice. Roxas had only spoken to Arikiko a few times, but this was different. Yet somehow familiar. When the golden aura took hold he knew exactly what it was. The boy's living weapon was now in control and it seemed to have no like toward Roxas.

Arikiko launched himself high into the air to get within range of Roxas and began his assault with a swipe toward his midsection. Roxas could predict the movement before it even began due to the muscle movements in the boys body. Every slight twitch revealed his attack. With Roxas's genius he quickly figured out the best counter attack. In one swift movement Roxas burst into a golden aura as well and took off his scythe at crashing ground speed before spinning it into an uppercut based slash. Before the blade even got within five feet of the scythe, Morghul would suddenly be knocked upwards into the sky by B rank strength. Roxas would quickly follow up by a momentary off balance by his previous attack, if it was successful, to bring the scythe back down a good four feet away from Arikiko. However, even though the attack would seem to not come in contact again, an invisible force would knock Arikiko back down toward the ground with B rank strength.

If this all went off as planned, Roxas would frown down at the boy and his blade as the aura faded from Roxas. "I don't know what is going on with you. But you and your weapon need to know I'm not the same boy who ran and hid during the exams," he would say as he looked down upon them from above. He glared at the boy and slid his scythe back on his back as if he was threw with the fight. "Unless you have real business here then go back to your hidden home. Otherwise, if you stay even a moment longer I'll cut you down here and now," he would say. This wasn't like Roxas but he knew his men were watching. He had to show power and command to earn their respect. He kinda hated it but it had to be done.

Sure enough the force struck Arikiko, he didn't flinch though as he rotated around in midair and slammed into the ground, feet dragging through the dirt. He glared up at Roxas and his entire body tensed as though he was about to move and strike at him again but he didn't. Something was holding him back, something was stopping him from jumping at Roxas and striking at him again but it would not be obvious what.

"Must... Kill..." He hissed out but the golden aura shattered and Arikiko dropped to one knee, using the haft of Morghul to hold himself up. "Why though?" He asked himself as he rose to his feet, one hand covering his eye as the other steadied himself. "Why do we have to kill them?" He asked, removing his hand and scanning upwards. If Roxas bothered to look he would realise that one of Arikiko's eyes had turned to a purple colouration rather than the red that it was holding before. With a twitch he snapped his head to the side, growling like an animal in pain before he looked back to his opponent.

"Roxas... I don't hate you..." He said quietly, closing both of his eyes over in agony. "I know that you aren't like this... You need this to stay in command, to prove yourself... I respect that." He murmured as he slammed the head of Morghul into the ground and the golden aura blazed once more. "You need to die... Die for what you've done to him... To me..." The voice was not Arikiko's though it was Morghul's but it stopped suddenly as Arikiko broke the aura once more. "I... Must be off now... Things to see, things to do... People to murder and turn to pies... Would a Nova pie taste nice?" He asked, tapping his lip before screaming in pain and dropping to his knees. He slammed the haft of his axe into the ground before standing up. "TARAH!" He cried out and then body replaced with a log, a small angry face carved into with 'Morghul Angry' written underneath. As for Arikiko... Well he had ran away as it happened and with no one around to stop him... He would /not/ be heading back to Hakagakure.

Gizmo would enter the area running for the most part and once he spotted the Shigakure shinobi he held his hands up too show he meant no harm, My name is Gizmo, Of the Midnight Bucceneers and i am looking for someone who would want too obtain a hefty amount of one unique material, Putrid Slime if i am correct. Gizmo would float upward and look over the boy who was holding a nice looking weapon obviously not a boy but no matter. Gizmo had a mission and needed too get into this village. My boss will allow me too cut shigakure in on 5% of our findings if you can show me too a Blacksmith or possibly a merchant?

Gizmo would tilt his head awaiting a response his cowl would be down showing he was a puppet but other than that he looked normal.

Finally Taishoku had made it to the spot cracking his neck when he landed he would look at roxas. "Excuss me. Are you the shinobi from Shigakure that I am supposed to meet? I apologize for my lateness. I am Taishoku Kurogane and I was sent by the higher us in Hakagakure to speak about an alliance between our two villages." Taishoku would say all of this standing up straight and with determination. This was his mission and he didn't want to slouch to show disinterest in their talk. Hopefully the boy would forgive Taishoku for his lateness and wouldn't let that interfere with the possibilities of a alliance. As Taishoku waited to hear a response from the boy he would glance to his side and see something, Gizmo. Taishoku didn't hear what the thing had asked earlier but he didn't like the way he was floating puppet, as Taishoku isn't a fan of puppets.

Roxas looked down at the two newcomers and frowned. "I do not speak to puppets. If your owner wishes to speak deals then i can introduce him. Only directly though. Now out of my sight before i turn you into a chair," said Roxas before turning to the hakagakure shinobi with caution. " Taishoku Kurogane? Ah, a cousin. Nice to meet you, I am Roxas Kukinorite, descendant of a Kurogane," he would say with a small smile, but that quickly disappeared. "A member of your village has attacked me. Arikiko is the name i remember from the academy. I'm sure you probably know him. I don't know if an alliance is capable from what has occurred, but if you assist me in hunting down this assaulter to my village then I will gladly come and speak with your village," he would say, trying to keep his composure. He was planning on going after Arikiko soon enough but he knew he may need some help.

Taishoku would get a smile on his face after he heard that Roxas was a descendant of a Kurogane, that should make establishing a alliance with them easy. But Roxas's next words irritated Taishoku, this might ruin everything. Looking away from Roxas to not show his displeasure from what he said, he would turn back to him."I see. I understand how you feel after someone attacked you and is still in your land, but can I ask something of you? Never mind." Taishoku would say."If hunting down Arikiko can help make us allys then there is no toehr way. Lets get it over with." Time will tell if Taishoku really can put his village before a friend. but hopefully Arikiko wouldn't be in Roxas's land anymore.

Roxas nodded. "Arikiko was an interesting kid back in the Academy. He was a classmate of mine. Little bloodthirsty. But yeah. I do not wish to see the death of him, i merely wish he be punished according to his crime. Though... I don't really know what it should be. So maybe just capture and restrainment? Its not his fault entirely, his bloodthirst comes from that damned weapon of his. I say we capture him and then you guys can lock him up till you can assist him in controlling it. However, Arikiko is powerful. If it comes down to it we may have to wound him or even kill him if it comes down to our lives or his. This all depends on how berserk he goes," said Roxas before he closed his eyes. "I know which direction he is. The wind tells me, let us be off," he would say before heading toward the North.

Taishoku didn't say anything in respond to what Roxas said about Arikiko, because he kinda felt that way about him. When Taishoku first asked Arikiko to spar with him he felt something was wrong with him mentally. And from what Roxas said that just made Taishoku know that he was right. But Taishoku didn't want to think about it anymore, as he did with most things that troubled him, he needed to do everything in his power to make sure they can have a alliance between their villages. Stretching his neck and next stretching the rest of his body Taishoku would once again use his wings to take flight, staying close to Roxas as he knew where Arikiko was. Also he would rub hi stomach as he started to get hungry.
