Rakeshi - if it stores the damage it doesn't technically reflect, because it blocks, stores, then returns. It doesn't make the attack fly back at the target.

Likewise B rank and below items will pass through and have the same affect as justu B rank and below. Tags can likewise can be pre made and activated with a handseal.

Ok I started off writing for each tech but I quickly realized something on most of these that need changing. Barrier Ninjutsu is creating a Barrier through ninjutsu ways. If you are making a seal/tag and using that as an anchor for a barrier then it is strictly fuuinjutsu, not ninjutsu.

Silent Killing
~You cant say reaction tier equal to your speed for several reasons. First and fore most is the fact that not everyone can have reaction tiers. Second Reaction tiers them selves are based partly on the user's speed and if their speed is higher than yours then their reaction tiers could be much lower. All that aside, this tech makes your movements completely silent, it does not hide you from a person's vision so I dont see how that final line fits in this tech.

Zopaz
~Because this tech uses a physical seal as an anchor point, it isn't a Barrier Ninjutsu, so remove that part. Ok I understand where this tech is coming from but the words need to be changed around a bit. It starts by putting a tag onto the target, but then all of its effects are said to be applied to the user. Because of this little hic up in words, you place a seal on anther person, but then the barrier appears around you. So change that. Finally this should only be able to reflect B-Rank Fabrication.

Reflectors
~Ok so pretty much all of these have the same issues, but I wanted to confirm one other thing. Does this form a box around the seal or a sphere around the seal?

Detection Shields
~Pretty much the same as the Reflector shields. What is the actual barrier? I would however change the wording of these three to something like "field" instead of barrier. Barrier makes it sound like people can't walk through the area. Then with all three of these I just wanted to confirm something. This seal/tag gives whoever it is placed on the ability to sense inside the field.

Travel Seal
~Again What is the actual barrier? The size of the barrier needs to be droped down to closer to 15ft. Only C rank chakra based or spiritual based techs go through it. Only spiritual and chakra based attacks. People, taijutsu, animals, kunai, shuriken, swords, flying spaghetti monsters, and everything that is not either spiritual or chakra based attacks WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TRAVEL THROUGH THESE SEALS. I also believe this tech needs a set up time to use. So a user could not simply go "I throw on tage one way and a second another way and instantly raise the barrier to block said attack."

Oven Barrier
~What is the barrier? "C rank spiritual pressure and suffocation unable too move unless they posses a B rank or Higher spirtual defense." Are you trying to say here that a person caught inside will suffocate and die unless able to escape? If thats the case this needs to be bumped up to A-rank and a time limit before the run out of air for starters. "This technique can be stopped from the outside only without defenses high enough requiring a spirtual unsealing technique which specifically unseals Spiritual Barrier nin. " I honestly dont fully understand what you were trying to say there so reword it.

Raken
~Ok this one needs to only be able to absorb a maximum of B-rank chakra. It should only be able to pierce D-rank defenses, and if the seal is pre-charged before a fight, it is charged by the user and costs that much chakra. As in if the user walks into a match, pulls out a tag and claims it was pre-charged then the user just used 1Drank for the seal and 1B-rank to charge it.

On all of your Rake- techs, I need a quick explination on the delayed explosion. When you make contact, does the barrier disappear? does it leave any markers where the explosion will happen?

Rake Techs- The technique's piercing is too get it into the body once there it stays basically a triangle sticking into the body and explodes either instantly or when the handseal is done.

Oven Barrier – if they are held in place by C-rank then they can move freely with a C-rank spiritual defense. Considering the fact that fuinjutsu are spiritual jutsus, this requires a normal fuinjutsu equal to rank of this tech to unseal it, however it can also be done from the inside. If you want B-rank spiritual defense to stay, raise the chakra cost to B-rank
