Description: This specific jutsu is what truly makes Ningyo human puppets so unique. Inside the seal's formula the user must create a personality for said human puppet. Once the seal is set on the puppet, the puppet will come to life per-say, with the personality that the user has created. This allows the human puppets to use jutsu without the need of their Ningyo masters, but when the Ningyo forces them to use a jutsu then said jutsu power is increased by 1-rank.

| No one ever really got to see the sun in Kaosgakure, the massive dome overhead made sure of that. However for some people that wasn't a problem, when you spent your entire life in the darkness, kept at home away from the Academy due to a terrible illness, the darkness was comfort, it was friendly... It was her home. Angie was currently sat on the ground in front of a tree, playing with a few dice that she had. They were simple things but she liked them, she got them from her dad when she was younger, he was at the Academy now, a Chunin Instructor and she was ever so proud of him. Her current area was lit up by a small fireball hovering above the ground next to her. She had actually managed to sneak away to this spot, her mum didn't like her going out of the village but she'd be fine, there was nothing dangerous out here. - Spoiler:

| The light would be seen a mile away due too Gizmo moving into the air and spotting Ash and gust below, there was no need for light so with a quick aim Gizmo would fire twice the first aimed too put out the fire and the second was aimed too hit the girl in the back off the head though it was only blunt damage it would make her aware that she was being attacked. Ash would now be near the girl and moving in aimed too hit her with ash tornado if it hit or didn't he would jump away as Gust launched kunai a single kunai at her kneecap moving B rank speeds lead by a gust of wind in order too get her moving she would have too light the area too see also due too the darkness. Class: Offensive/ Defensive
Range: Short
Description: The clan member forms a tornado of ash around themselves while spinning rapidly. This technique can be used defensively as it can redirect C-rank physical techniques as well as block a C-rank chakra technique not including fire which it blocks up to B-rank, however its real power lies in offensive which when the clan member kicks an opponent the Ash tornado swarms along that point constantly rotating and actually being powerful enough to drill a hole through the opponents body as well as pierce through B-rank defenses.

Name: Wind Release: Great Breakthrough
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Mid
Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. The gust of wind moves at bullet release speeds and when being used in sync with numerous shuriken it results in them being propelled at Bullet release speeds and any projectiles moving at C-rank and below thrown are just consumed into wind blast.

Burst Fire Repeater Type: 1- The standard burst Fire repeater type fire's off rounds off condensed pressurized air at C rank speeds and deal blunt damage equal too the wind speed while using the Oracle Targeting System Type one for targeting allowing it to hit targets moving at B rank and below speed.
