Silent and Swift Arrows - Due to the fact that arrows are not auto tied to wire, you must do so before you attempt to use this style. This also means you will have to buy arrows and wire. Not really a big deal, just making sure you know that. Approved

Ring shot - For clarification, are the two arrows connected together? If so when the first arrow is shot, the second will be dragged along sooner or later, so that will actually give you a time limit between when the second arrow can be shot or else it will be dragged along, why because you don't have an infinite amount of wire. I'll give it d-rank damage initially, but unless tightened it will not cause damage each post, hence no blood loss each post. Also it'll only take C-rank strength to break, unless the wire is super strong which I'm assuming its plain wire, its not that strong.

Description:This is a sealing technique often thought to be the precursor to the development of Exploding Tags, to form it the user course chakra through their palm with a blood price already givin the chakra will lead the drawing of the seal in blood. A seal, centered with the kanji for "baku" is inscribed upon a particular surface, readying the jutsu. The seal itself is a stored mass of life force, gathered at its core and compressed upon being created; one could say its very stability hinges on the kanji's inscription. With a hand seal, the user is capable of unsealing the Spiritual energy, though how it's done varies. If done wholly, the seal merely dissipates, deactivating the jutsu. If the user chooses to release the center kanji rather than the whole seal, the unsealing process becomes incredibly violent as spiritual energy rushes out of the seal, generating an explosion where the seal once was. The seal explodes outward as far as five meters, Dealing B rank spiritual damage capable of shattering stone and splitting a tree if caught in its path, while incapacitating those caught within its range. As suspected, this seal is often attached to tags and other weapons, though unlike natural Exploding Tags, the force neither compares to the original, nor can the seal be ignited by combustible means.

Description:The user course chakra through his eye's too start this technique, then give's up a blood price. The blood price is dependent on the user, what this technique does is allow the user for a blood price too track speeds above his own with his eye's. Tracks C-rank requires equal rank blood and so on.

Description:The user will give up a blood price the blood will then turn into a seal similar too three circling tomoe, what this seal does is temporarily boost the thing it is added on hiding capability's by covering them with a camouflage once active it induces a need for B rank reaction too even see the person wearing the seal though they still make noise and the like. The seal last five post but can be sustained longer by the user of said seal at a cost blood each post over the natural duration. Requires c-rank blood to activate and maintain.

Description:The user simply places a hand upon a solid surface prior too giving up a D rank blood price, creating atop it a circular seal made off blood roughly measuring a meter and a half across. This seal is primitive in design, being a mere few scattered symbols that roughly form its shape, and thus is quite hard to detect among grass and dirt if placed upon the ground. All the seal is programmed to do is store the user's life force, a rather minute amount, until another source comes in contact with the seal. In this case, it is normally a shinobi, or clone, that will activate the seal, which will unseal and leak its life force into whatever has stepped upon it. Such an act has the same effect as if one were wall walking, sticking the target indefinitely to the solid surface. The only true way to escape this seal is to apply an equal or greater amount of blood as to counteract the amount coming from the seal, unless the one is capable of destroying the surface it is attached to. One can also avoid the adhering effects of the seal if they apply the correct amount of blood to the seal when they cross it.

Description:The next step in the Generic Sealing Technique's evolution, both used offensively and defensively. It's user will start by creating a seal upon a medium such as a scroll, wrist bands, paper tags, etc. With readied timing, the seal will be aimed in the direction of an incoming projectile weapon of the sort. Upon the moment it makes contact with the formula, the user will seal the object as it is, seemingly capturing the target's projectile. This can then be summoned once more at the user's desire, however the force and momentum behind the projectile will return from the moment it was sealed, effectively firing the weapon back in the direction of the user's choosing. Though seemingly an impenetrable defense, the seal only works upon physical and non-living weapons, meaning jutsu or weapons enhanced with chakra cannot be sealed. What this does create is a sealed set of weapons capable of firing toward the opponent the moment they're summoned, often times prepared beforehand to make for an effective surprise attack. As expected, however, sealing and calling upon items with this technique is more taxing upon one's life force than the parent technique.

First things first, put Signature next to the classification in (), just saying signature in the approval means nothing if it isn't in the technique itself.

Spiritual Exploding Seal – Classification is Fuinjutsu, Kinjutsu. Increase rank to B-rank, blood price C-rank

Dislocation Pierce – Since apparently you don't pay attention. Marx is a Ningyo, Ningyo cannot use chakra based techniques at all. This technique is a no.

Eyes of the Samurai – Classification, Taijutsu, Kinjutsu, take away Kenjutsu. Blood price will be dependent on what speeds you are attempting to track, track C-rank requires C-rank blood. Rank is C-rank. Make changes but will also require another mod's attention. Also take away the part about chakra.

Hiding Seal – Take away the part about chakra or else this will end up being a Ninjutsu classification. Will have to be more specific in what it increases hiding capabilities, due to them being multiple ways of hiding. Not fuinjutsu, only kinjutsu, requires c-rank blood to activate and maintain.

Physical Recoil Transfer Seal – Due to seeing Ninjutsu in the classification, no for Marx at least, I dont even have to read it.

Adhesive Seal – Take out the chakra part, or add Ninjutsu into the classification. The rank is B-rank, C-rank blood price, it does to much to be a D-rank. Give it a range. Also, what does it do? Only add your life force into the target?

Momentum Sealing Technique – Just from the first line, add offensive to the class.

Vix said I can use nature ken as long as they revolve around coursing ny blade and touch with the sword. Also I can use ninjustu as well as chakra as long as it is simply coursing his chakra in certain patterns.

Chakra flow is a Ninjutsu skill. Enough with the trying to loophole the system. It's getting quite annoying.
