Because seals =/= sealing. The techs are seals not sealing. So they are ninjutsu

yes seals are ninjutsu, Black Blitzkrieg - Add ninjutsu classification, the beam will move at A-rank speeds, not equal to your speed, due to this technique you will be unable to learn Yubiwa

Name: Water Release: Retro Blast
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Mid Range

Description: A simple jutsu utilizing the water release. User performs the hand seals Snake, Dragon then transfers charka to their throat, creating a steady stream of pressured water from their mouths, that then hits the opponent for piercing damage equal to the amount of chakra used . The jet stream has a maximum range of 10 meters and travels in a straight line. Speed is equivalent to amount of chakra dispelled requiring equal rank speed tiers to dodge.

Name: Hak Rocket Punch
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: D-Rank

Range: Short Range

Description: The user at his speed throws the Transversely punch from right to left to the opponent's jaw or ribs doing damage equal to the users strength tier. An attack from peripheral vision. If the opponent does not have the right hand up by the chin or speed tiers equal to the users speed, its light's out. Cracking the jaw, the head is twisted; the brain becomes disconnected from the body, which falls like load of potatoes. The the rear hand is tight, hand against the rear side of the user chin. It begins with the user hips solidified by their lead foot that bears 90% of their weight. The users torso torques, the elbow lifts, the forearm makes a right angle with the lead arm, the palm is facing the ground, the user chin is tucked by the lead shoulder, the rear hand against the rear chin. This attack is practiced 10,000 times under watchful eye. Throwing a lead hook the proper way is one of the hardest things for a beginning fighter to do. It is not a natural motion that is used in everyday life. Ace the creator figured it best to use the whole entire body when throwing the devastating punch. This trick is used for attack, defense, or escape.

Description: When an opponent who is slower makes a lunging strike at Ace using his formless fighting style (thrust of a blade, punch, etc.), the user sidesteps the attack and makes a quick step forward with their outside foot while counter-attacking by thrusting the hilt of their blade at the opponent’s chest dealing damage equal to the users strength tier. The secret to the move is the fast subtle movement of the inside foot, which is positioned so that the heel covers the front of the opponent’s nearest foot. Pressure is applied as the hilt is thrusted in order to keep the target stationary and absorb the full impact of the blow which requires equal rank speed/strength tiers to dodge or block.

Name: Kabutowari Return
Classification: Kenjutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: (Length of Weapon)

Description: The shinobi pulls backwards, moving their arm backwards as the first half of the movement of casting a fishing line. This causes the axe or hammer of Kabutowari to move backwards and return to the shinobi hand  for a perfect catch. If carefully timed, it can also be used as a surprise attack when the axe/hammer is beneath the opponent.

Name: Raging Updraft
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Short to Mid Range

Description: The user rushes an opponent at the users speed and performs a very fast back flip, aiming to kick the foe in the chin with one leg, then in the torso with the other to knock them into the air, followed by a swift uppercut to the chin or torso, depending on whether the foe dodged the first part of the attack requiring equal strength tiers, or whether they're in the air already. The speed of this technique is higher than normal because the momentum of Ace's full speed run is transferred into the back flip, then into the upper cut doing damage equal to his strength tier; however it is ranked so because of the speed, and the easy skill required to maintain the momentum through the movements.

Name: Spiralling Hammer
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Short to Mid Range

Description: The user will at high speeds jump at the foe in a sort of sideways spin, and upon landing right in front of the foe they will use the built up speed and power from the spin to unleash a closed fist slam into the foe's collar bone region, possibly breaking the bone with high strength tiers or stunning the foe momentarily for one post. Exactly which hand the attack will be used with is hard to predict and therefore more difficult to dodge than normal despite it being above average speed requiring speed tiers equal to the speed the user is moving.

Name: Flag of Honor
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Mid to Long Range

Description: This genjutsu affects anyone who sees the user doing handseals. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 60 feet plus 30 feet per class level. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 posts per rank level. This technique may be negated. The flag can be 1 to 10 meters up into the air and has a design of the user's choice. The Jutsu is useful as a signal to rally troops, or as it was originally used, to mark which team the user is on in the harsh times of war.

Range: Short to Mid Range

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects anyone who hears the user screaming. The user is able to perform this technique on themselves. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 posts per rank level. This technique may be disbelieved once interacted with. User can feel the Jutsu make anything they say feel more favorable to all that hear it. This Jutsu sculpts the sound of their speech into calming, charming words.

Name: Nothing You Can Do

Range: Short to Mid Range

Description: A Fear, Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects multiple opponents. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 30 feet plus 15 feet per rank level. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 posts per rank level. This technique may be negated. The phantasmal force has the same techniques as the user with its own free will while it deals "D" Rank of mental and spiritual damage on each successful attack. Note that because the phantasm is inside the creature's mind the phantasm can always make a full round attack of 3 attacks per round. If disbelieved/kai or if the creature leaves the user's line of sight the phantasmal force immediately dissipates.

Range: Mid to Long Range

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects anyone within a semi-circle burst of light that's 10 meters long centered from the user's hands. The duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique may be negated if noticed that they are in a genjutsu. Those affected by the pattern lights becomes Dazzled for 1 post while taking D-Rank mental damage. Dazzled creatures become infatuated by the light and are unable to move for one post while sustaining D-Rank mental damage.

Name: Blade Weave
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Short Range

Description: Affects anyone the user attacks make contact with. The user is able to perform this technique on themselves. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 posts per rank level. Any post that the user attacks with a melee weapon (including unarmed), the user can make a single touch attack within that post using Blade Weave. This attack deals no damage. Instead, anyone successfully touched by the weapon must succeed on a kai or be dazed for 1 post.

Range: Short to Long Range

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects anyone within 10 meters radius spread. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 30 meters plus 15 meters per rank level. The duration of this technique lasts for 5 posts per rank level. This technique may be negated with equal rank endurance. Those who leave the area of effect which can be extended eith the help of a sensory jutsu are unbalanced for 1 post afterwards and then return to normal the post after. The post of them being unbalanced is 3 of 5, 1st, 3rd, & 5th post.

Range: Short to Long Range

Description: A Mind-Affecting Technique. Affects anyone within the cone effect who hears the user screaming. The user is able to perform this technique at a distance of 20 feet plus 10 feet per rank level. The duration of this technique is instantaneous. This technique may be negated. This pattern makes all opponents/creatures in its area of effect see the user and their clones if on the field doubled for 2 of their posts + 5 posts per rank Level.  

Name: Rope of Faith
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: All
Range: Short to Long Range

Description: Performing the required handseals, the user creates a rope of chakra that can have a length that varies based upon the user's amoof chakra poured into the technique. D-Rank chakra gives the rope a max length of of 20 feet plus 10 feet per rank level This rope is then launched towards the opponent quickly, giving them little reaction time need equal rank speed tiers to dodge. As the rope strikes the opponents legs or arms, it quickly encircles either their legs or arms in order to prevent movement. This can be used as both a capturing-type technique or a delaying type technique to give the user more time to strike an opponent in combat. The rope has the strength and speed of how much chakra was used to make it, making it very difficult to escape from unless one has equal rank strength tiers to break out of it.

Name: Silence
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: D-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Long Range

Description: A technique which allows one to let someone else lose the ability to speak by the user screaming emitting their chakra, the opp cannot scream or make any noise at all. Once effected one of the same rank cannot speak for 2 posts. For every rank the target is lower than the caster it takes one extra post for the jutsu to wear of. For every post the target is above the users rank it takes one post less to wear of.

Name: Water Release: Drowning Void
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Short to Mid Range

Description: Creates a single stream of water, around two inches thick, which moves forward at a rate decided by how much chakra was used, attempting to feed itself into the opponent's mouth, where it will fill their lungs in an attempt to drown the opponent. The attack is easily dodge or destroyed with equal rank strength/speed tiers or an equal rank chakra based techniques.

Name: Wet Defense
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Defensive
Range: Short Range

Description: The user performs this technique right after they perform the handseals for it, the user will whip their hands up into the air and have them meet near the level of their head, creating a sort of "v" or wedge shape in the air. Once this is done, water will rise up from below the user to create this same shape. This is done just as a long or medium range technique is flying towards the user, this technique will cut the technique in half so that the two sides fall harmlessly on either side of the user. This technique works in steps, if the user wishes to cut a "D" rank technique, the user must use the "D" rank amout of chakra for this technique, and so on.

Description: The user, when standing upon a body of water, gains the ability to create a small number of fish below them. The user must form handseals and send his or her chakra into the water to form the fish, once that is done the user has control of the fish for no more than three posts before they dissipate back into regular water. The user, once the fish have been created, is able to control the fish and cause them to swim at vacuum release speeds toward a target and leap from the water. At "D" Rank the user can create up to three fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as an Exploding Tag. At "C" Rank the user can create up to six fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as an Exploding Tag. At "B" Rank the user can create up to ten fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as two Exploding Tags. At "A" Rank the user can create up to fifteen fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as two Exploding Tags. At "S" Rank the user can create up to twenty fish, and each of the Fish have the same explosive power as three Exploding Tags.

Name: Blue Viper
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Short to Long Range

Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user will levitate a beach ball sized sphere of water into the air. With the "Serpent" seal being held the sphere will draw upon its source of water to lash out with a long, sinuous viper up to 20 feet long and 5 feet thick. The snake is as fast and strong as the amount of chakra used to summon it and will bite at and attempt to swallow the victim and drown them in its innards.

Name: Bakudō Shield
Classification: Barrier Ninjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Defensive
Range: Self

Description: This technique summons a pitch black barrier when the user lifts both their hands infused with Water Release chakra to block an incoming attack. This technique can easily block Jutsu equal rank to the amount of chakra used to summon it and be destroyed by one rank above the chakra used.

Name: Water Release: Beam Carnival
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-rank
Class: Offensive
Range: All Ranges

Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, a point of the users choice begins to glow blue, most commonly their palm, or the tip of a weapon, and it released a small circle, from which multiple(6) spears of water form and are then released, shooting at the opponent with speed and strength equal to the amount of chakra used to summon them. The beams do blunt damage knocking opponents back 15 feet, the beams can also be used to help maneuver in situations where you need an extra push.

Name: Electric Blaze
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: B
Class: Offensive
Range: Long

Description: Upon the release of this technique ,the entire battlefield is altered to the surface similar to the surface of Uranus. The density of the surface becomes light, Methane and helium levels becoming ingested in the area. This makes it very hard to breath and balance within the covered area for the enemy. This is based on the change in atmospheric pressure, which also turns the entire area a cyan color. The technique last 6 posts, activated by sound.


Name: Abduction of Europa
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Long

Description: Upon activating this technique , the user releases a illusion on the opponent. The user appears to be submerged halfway into the ground, as if they were sunken. This makes the enemy think the user has phased somewhat. When the user moves, it seems as if they are running in water, their lower body still submerged. Any attack from the enemy at the user is low and inaccurate. This Lasts 5 posts, can be broken by pain only. Sound Activated, can be broken by kai.

Was seeing if these were for use.

Name: Fear
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: B-rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: AoE

Description: The result of what happens to those who are influenced by the user’s Fighting Spirit of the Killer. This pressure being released causes the target to hallucinate things are happening that truly aren’t. When done correctly; the user can project the “Fear” to compliment their overall fighting style, which can sometimes cause the target to permanently fear the user.

Fear Types: (Can choose two “Fear” types. The first is granted upon learning this jutsu while the second is obtained when the user makes their first rank up, regardless of what rank one starts as. With the primary “Fear” the user is able to learn up to SSS-rank jutsus while the secondary “Fear” can only be trained up to S-rank jutsus.)
-Monster: This type of fear focuses on boosting one’s physical prowess to overwhelm their opponent. Users of this type of “Fear” are often strong without activating their “Fear,” having either a minimum of A-rank strength of endurance.
-Shadow: This type of fear focuses on masking one’s presence, making it extremely difficult to locate them, and by extension, attack them. Users of this type of “Fear,” are often either Hunter-nin or assassins, in which they have at least 5 assassination based jutsus.
-Presence: This type of fear focuses on manipulating the opponent’s mind so the user’s attacks will never miss. Users of this “Fear” are well versed in close quarters combat and rarely fight at other ranges.
-Marionette: This type of fear revolves around the manipulation of others, most commonly seen in puppeteer but not limited to it. It is no surprise that the users of this “Fear” are masters of puppeteer but because this “Fear” is not limited to such, one’s who wield this “Fear” is masters of manipulation of others.
-Creator: This type of fear is the most mysterious as it focuses on the creation of things, no limit has been given on what is created. The most common type of creation is genjutsu, but that is not in any way the form of this. Users of this fear are usually genjutsu or mental master, but vary greatly.
-Armament: This type of fear relies on focusing one’s “Fear” through their weapons, which can change the weapons overall appearance and ability while the “Fear” is being ran through it. Users of this fear are rarely not seen without their signature weapon, but thanks to this “Fear,” are able to alter its shape, size, and density as the situation requires. The users of this “Fear” are without doubt masters of weaponry.

Name: False Fears
Classification: Taijutsu
Rank: B-rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Mid

Description: For those who possess the Presence or Armament fear types, when the user’s target is in between 20 and 50 feet away from them, the user will perform the action of an attack obviously missing. To the target watching this action, they will hallucinate themselves taking the hit along with feeling all the pain that comes along with it, this hallucination stunning the target for 1 post. The one condition of this technique is that the user must perform the attack that the target hallucinated hitting them at a close range, in which due to how far the target is usually away from the user, the user must have a certain speed tier so they can strike the target before they snap out of the hallucination: 20 feet away requires B-rank speed, 30 feet away requires A-rank speed, and 40 feet and higher requires S-rank speed. If the strike outside the hallucination is successful, the mental damage will become permanent, so every time the user performs said attack, when the target is a max of 20 feet away or lower, the target will hallucinate the attack has already made contact, stunning them until the real attack hits, the user must continue to the follow the hallucination with the real attack making their attack both deadly but predictable. The real power of this attack is that the hallucination bypasses endurance and defense tiers, due to being mental based, this causes them to completely rid themselves of both endurance and defense tiers while they are stunned making them completely vulnerable.

Name: Embrace of Fear
Classification: Fighting Style
Rank: D-rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Short

Description: For those who possess the Presence fear type, they have adapted their “Fear” into their close combat fighting. Being in close proximity with a Kugeki who is using this, the target will hallucinate that the Kugeki’s attacks are seemingly moving faster than it actually is, anybody within 5 feet of the Kugeki who is influenced by their “Fear” with a reaction tier equal to the Kugeki’s speed tier cannot dodge their attacks nor can a person with a speed tier one rank higher than their speed tier, excludes SS-rank speeds and higher due to the gap being too large.

Nothing You Can Do – since its genjutsu, how is it activated

Blade Weave – By attack you must actually make contact. B-rank

Name: Wenqu Seal
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-Rank
Class: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Mid Range

Description: A simple see seal that has the kanji "change" on it, that when with a B-Rank amount of chakra placed in it will activate its ability. When placed on an opponent it allows the user to change the type of damage effect one's techniques does to said opponent. For example if the users technique does physical damage the user can change it to mental damage. This seal last for four of the opponents post then fades away and the jutsu type that damage is being changed must be specified upon use.

Name: Acute Seal
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary/Passive
Range: Self

Description: A fuinjutsu Ace made to grant him access to strength tiers at the cost of feeding chakra to the seal. The strength one gets is equivalent to the amount of chakra fed to the seal.

Description: A fuinjutsu Ace made to supplement his Zero Field seal to give it an added effect at the cost of expelling chakra to fuel the fuinjutsu. Then added effect Zero Field is given is called trap where when an opponent enters Zero Field they are trapped in place unless they have strength tiers equal to the amount of chakra expelled or expell the same amount of chakra the user expelled to break out of the grasps of what's keeping them held in place.

Description: A simple seal that allows Ace to covert chakra into energy which replenishs his fatigue. The amount of fatigue returned to Ace depends on how much chakra he fed to the seal which is helpful for him im drawn out battles. D-Rank = +1, C-Rank = +2, B-Rank= +3, etc by intervals of 1.

Description: A simple Fuinjutsu Ace placed on his body that allows him to covert chakra into blood, the amount of blood created is equivalent to the amount chakra given. I.e D-Rank Chakra = D-Rank Blood.

Description: The most basic of the Fuinjutsu Ace creates. His created clones are stored in an alternate plane and are able to summon these stored clones similar to that of the summoning technique but without the blood price. At genin one can store three above the limit for clones, at chunin one can store three over their clone limit in the seal, at jonin one can store 3 plus to clone limit clones in the seal, at sannin one can store plus 3 to their limit of clones in this seals making back-up just a touch away from Ace.

Classification: Ninjutsu|Fuinjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Short Range

Description: The user concentrates chakra into their finger and using the heat from that, can apply writing of whatever they want to a surface. This technique however requires them to be very delicate with their chakra control. This technique causes slight discomfort for a living target and if it is on flesh, it will scar.

Name: Black Ikuya Seal
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: (Black Death)

Description: A seal engraved into Aces Black Death, which ability is activated when chakra is fed into the seal. The seals ability gives black death a life of its own, allowing it to lash out at multiple opponents within 15 feet of the Ace while he is doing his own thing. The speed of Black Death while the seal is activated is equivalent to the amount of chakra fed to the seal. The damage is dependant on the resilience of Black Death. Being a low rank seal it only cannbe active for six post.

Name: Backlash Seal
Classification: Fuinjutsu
Rank: C-Rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self

Description: A array of seals engraved on Aces chest that spreads around to his leftward back that can not activate until chakra is fed to it. Once activated its ability kicks in instantaneously, its ability cause Ace to be blown forwards or backwards depending on his choice. How far he is blown depends on how much chakra is fed to the seal, D-Rank = 5 feet at swift release speeds, etc by 5 feet and one rank of speed.

Flag of Honor – If it only affects anybody who sees the user, the range of the technique will never change as you ranking up does not influence those who see you.

Nothing You Can Do – how is it activated, if it deals spiritual damage, you must waste blood

Light of En – medium and bigger creatures, will not suffer from the stunning

Silence – the method explained is a no, you can try a different method but make note doing something like that is B-rank

Abduction of Europa – Add in trigger, can be broken by pain or kai regardless of how its triggered

Acute Seal – this is ninjutsu, C-rank, pick one either raise speed or strength, not both in one tech. Will require equal chakra to whatever tier
