Description: A specialized way of implementing fuinjutsu, Mimi is able to use her explosions to instantly scar in a way that makes specific seals. This can apply seals instantly in a much more effective way then actually drawing the seals. The most common use of this is via just a simple D-rank explosion on a surface to apply a seal, however it can be combined with any explosion to apply the seals and weave together dangerous combinations.

Description: A simple Seal that stores a small amount of Mimi's explosive chakra. It can be activated with a handsign to explode with D-rank power, however it can be activated by being caught in an explosion from a different technique in which case it's blast strength is raised to C-rank as it creates a chain reaction with the other blast.

Description: This is an advanced technique which is used in conjunction with a basic ranged explosion jutsu. This involves prematurely detonating part of the explosion in order to propel the projectile faster. This allows the jutsu to move at speeds 1 rank higher than the jutsu's base rank, while causing it to drop a rank in base power. This can be done multiple times and costs chakra equal to the base damage dealt by the explosion, however the speed that can be reached caps out at S-rank and the power cannot drop below D-rank, otherwise the bomb loses it's ability to detonate completely.

4 Times for a C-rank amount of chakra (4 C-ranks = 1 A-rank)
2 Times for a B-rank amount of chakra (2 B-ranks = 1 A-rank)

S-rank strength explosion (Sannin Rank)
Able to be Partially detonated:
48 Times for a B-rank amount of chakra (48 D-ranks = 1 S-rank)
8 Times for a C-rank amount of chakra (8 C-ranks = 1 S-rank)
4 Times for a B-rank amount of chakra (4 B-ranks = 1 S-rank)
2 Times for an A-rank amount of chakra (2 A-ranks = 1 S-rank)

Blast Engraving Seal - this is ninjutsu unless it can only produce fuinjutsu type seals. Range is long

Rocketry - it must cost chakra when used, c-rank jutsu so c-rank chakra when used

Rocketry - The drop of 1 rank in power on the jutsu this is used in combination with was made to make up for the no chakra cost. Is there any way we can work around this, perhaps maybe making it cost D-rank chakra to use?

Have it be able to be done multiple times with chakra price equal to the amount of damage the normal explosion would do split into parts thus lowering the end damage of the explosion.

Meaning -
C-rank strength explosion
Able to be partially detonated 6 Times for a D-rank amount of chakra. (6 D-ranks = 1 C)

B-rank strength explosion
Able to be Partially detonated:
12 Times for a D-rank amount of chakra. (12 D-ranks = 1 B-rank)
2 Times for a C-rank amount of chakra (2 C-ranks = 1 B-rank)

Catch my drift, the obvious drawback being the reduction in power also if you boost it too much recoil will set in causing it to detonate completely. That'll improve as your character's skill rises so not to worry about that just follow the usual recoil limits and you'll be fine. Luckily since your using an external construct over boosting it wouldn't end up harming you but will end up just messing it up instead.
