Shi T. Jonin Mandate (T. Jonin interested in joining post here)

Elsa was currently strumming her fingers on the window sill that she was currently sitting in enjoying the breeze as treasonous thoughts went through her mind. Shigakure was just as strong as ever, even with the set backs placed on their growth due to the looming might of the Shogun. But that needed to change, she liked that past, there was no need to stray from it, and Shigakure was a world power before the Shogun annexed the land  and she would very much like to return to autonomy. To the end she was willing to ally with other villages who thought in the same way and would do so without any shame after all..they could easily be betrayed right after they were all free of the shackles placed on them.

Sky was watching her twin sister they held some sort of bond even though Elsa was much more violent than she was. She understood how her sister despised the Shogun and she agreed to a certain extent, she didn't like war that much but always had a love of technology and science odd considering she was a Juryoku. To that end she had been researching a means to get away from this conflict, Shigakure was already isolated in the sky, what was stopping them from expanding their territory even higher..the sky wasn't a limit it was just a barrier. Assuming they could break that barrier they'd be able to rain down death on the Shogunate from the heavens where they couldn't be reached.

Leaning against the wall near to the door was Hera who was currently bouncing a small cloud in the shape of a ball around in her hands. Peace was peace, and it was good, why change that, rather in order to preserve that peace Shigakure should take steps to ensure that the danger of the tailed beasts were kept under control. They lingers their taint of destruction spreading through the land as they will, in order to preserve this peace they must be captured and locked away or at least harnessed in some way. Not as a tool of war but rather of peace and a counter measure in case any of the other villages decided to do so.

Ivan wasn't a fighter, he was an inventor, and he understood how the joining of villages under the shogun had only resulted in global advances in technology and infrastructure. Of course there were those who wanted to ruin that, and he honestly couldn't allow that, Elsa was dangerous she wasn't the type to let things go and was obviously going to try and do something in the future. To that extent she needed to be disposed off and her sister..while preferable to her would most likely have to follow suit due to sibling loyalty. Trade and sharing of ideas was too important to the progress of the Land of Silence as well as the entire continent to let petty ideas of world domination destroy that.
