Kugujutsu 101 - Completed

Kugujutsu is what Claire would be teaching but on a interesting note she would only be teaching one student. That was not something she was not expecting in the slightest, it also made her wonder why students were not interested in the wonders of kugujutsu. She shrugged her shoulders waiting for her one student to arrive. The one student who did pick to join the class better be something special, is all she was thinking at the moment.

Bishop was over excited in his hand was his white book signature off the ningyo clan, and a note book marked kugujutu it was the only note book he had needed for classes, the only one that mattered. As he walked into the classroom and the doors shut behind him he glanced at the teacher for a moment. A women and bishop gave a small smile looking around to pick his favorite seat and the choice was directly in the center off.

It was no shock to her that the boy was a Ningyo, from his book she confirmed but she already knew from his name, they were some of the best puppeteers even though people couldn't rely solely on that. Welcome. I will be your instructor Claire. And I'll be teaching you the basics of kugujutsu. She said observing the boy. First things first, do you possess a puppet? You can't really learn kugujutsu without it.

Bishop shook his head no, He did not have a puppet.No I do not have a puppet sensei Claire He said his tongue slithering out and making hiss noise as Bishop looked at the teacher hopefully he could get a cool puppet something small and destructive, or big and silent.

Really!? Your already starting off as the worst puppeteer ever. She started out completely surprised then her tone as she pulled out a scroll and unrolled it while placing it on the ground. On the scroll were some summoning seals, with the performance of some handsigns a humaniod puppet appeared. A pretty basic on, enough for an academy student to make use of. I'll let you have this one. It hasn't been customized so yet, I haven't had the time. So we'll add some weapons to it.

Agh the worst?, Bishop looked over the puppet, it had a humanoid appearance and was a little taller than Bishop himself. Hm what kind of weapons do we got?. Bishop looked around for weapons off some kind while at the same time thinking off what he wished to add to his puppet he also noticed he was the only one in the class meaning he would become great for sure.

We'll go with some of the basic stuff. Hidden weapons, probably some poison, the little things. Since this is a basic class. She said performing further hand signs and summoning up various weapons, all basic weapons, that can be added to the puppet. Of course in the end what was added to the puppet would be all Bishop's, but Claire was just providing everything.

Bishop got up out his seat and looked over all the weapons that Claire had placed out for him, He had a hard time choosing First he picked a poison gas. Next he pointed out a Mechanical Light Shield, then lastly a basic senbon projectile rifle.I will take these pleaseBishop said putting them to the side happy with his choices.

Nice choices. She said returning all of the other equipment. Now we need to decide where to put them, then we will go find some ingredients for the poison. She said laying the puppet flat on its back so Bishop could examine it and decide where everything should go.

This part was easy Bishop ran his hand over the puppet examining it for a short while externally, next he would move to the inside off the head choosing to place the poison canisters within it and tubes pumping it out through the nose and ears off the puppet. Next was the left arm off the puppet here Bishop would place the Mechanical Light Shield simple enough he only had one to go the rifle ammo would be held within the puppets upper right torso and shoulder allowing the rifle to be hidden inside the arm, shooting the senbon from the palm off the right hand. The poison was next Bishop looked at Claire and waited for her to lead about the poison.

Claire just watched as Bishop placed the weapons in position, they were some good spots but now they would need to go get some plants for the poison. Okay we are now going on a field trip. To the greenhouse, they have some good plants there. Claire said walking out the door and heading towards the greenhouse. It would take only a couple of minutes and when they arrive, Claire would allow him to Pick only one type of poison.

Bishop would nod and smile a field trip on the first day of class, Once he got to the green house he scanned for a moment before picking a mobility affecting sleep poison it seemed fitting since he didn't want to kill anyone. This one a sleep poison. Bishop said chuckling and rubbing the flat off his finger under his nose. He was interested in the greenhouse so looking around was something he did naturally their had been some poisons he saw which were very good also but way out off his league.

After he picked his poison, lol didn't do that on purpose, she took the plant then departed, leaving him alone for about 10 minutes. She would soon return with a canister filled with the gas and tossing it over to him. Now your puppet is complete. Back to class. She said leaving again to return to the classroom, to further finish the teachings.

Bishop would catch the canister and walk back to class with Claire, he had a new puppet and it's name would be Alex simple enough the first off many. When Bishop got back to the class he placed the canister within his puppet then finished it sealing it inside his book for the first time then calling him back outAlex, though now he was more life like taking a seat next to Bishop the two looked at Claire and waited.

Since this is a basic class I can't teach you the stuff that would be useful. But for lower rankings, most kugujutsu attacks rely on the puppets equipment. Like one jutsu relies on capturing an opponent with one puppet them impaling them with another. Its called Black Secret Technique: Machine One Shot, but that takes two puppets. With one you can make use of your weapons along with some of your jutsus. You just cannot use ninjutsu, try wrapping some genjutsu into your puppet technique. Call them your Black Secret Techniques. She said looking at the two trying to figure out the best way to help him without giving him a second puppet.

Black secret technique, hm I like it. now I need to think off some techniques, any good ways to train kugujustu? Akuchi said after listening to the teacher closely, being the only one in the class was somewhat helpful he was getting a lot done more than would be possible with a full class of Puppeteers.

Try using your puppet as your genjutsu trigger. But also rely on genjutsu yourself, so while the opponent is focused on you using genjutsu they wouldn't realize the real genjutsu threat is your puppet. Have some fun with it. Or even fuinjutsu, in the same way. She said, the possibilities with puppets being only as limited as the user. Claire mainly used her puppets to carry weapons, only because she enjoyed combat herself, but when not interested in a battle she would gladly allow her puppets to enjoy themselves, this is what brought up various ways of using them.

Bishop shook his head at what claire said but then he thought for a moment ningyo could not learn genjustu so he would have to rely on fuin for the most part it did not bother him at all Genjustu was nice and all but not his favorite, he remembered his fuinjustu lessons from his father and gave a chuckle. Their were really no fuinjustu in the ningyo arsenal. Mabye i will try fuinjustu, to start at least Bishop said with a nod and smile.

OOC: Due to new puppet rules, Ningyo are capable learning genjutsu.

The fuinjutsu way would be good for a beginner in the way of puppeteer. Since this wasn't the class for that Claire wouldn't be able to teach him fuinjutsu so at the moment she had nothing more, other than to ask. Do you have any questions about puppeteer? She essentially gave him the basic run through, as how to use the puppet would fall on him along with the techniques that would come along with it.

Well alright. Class is dismissed. She said having taught him the basics and even giving him his first puppet. Now all he would need to do become a better puppeteer and show their real power.
