Special Ability: The cape its self has no real defensive qualities. Created using a mixture of fabrics and woven, living plants the cape severs as a tool to increase the ability and transmission of Rosuto's Virus techs. Its rather mean looking jaws on the shoulders are actually alive and able to snap through objects a rank lower than Rosuto. From the mouths Rosuto is able to release gaseous forms of all his viruses. This gives an increased range for air born viruses. It increases from the standard thirty meter range to fifty meter range for the first post, and in addition from then on, the range is increased from ten meters to twenty meters per post. Because the cape is made of living plant tissue, Rosuto is able to reconstruct it with in a single post after it is destroyed.

Special Ability: The staff is forged using living plant cells combine with metal fragments. The ending result is a strong staff able to block C-Rank attacks with ease. The staff does hide a hidden power though as the ball under the cobra's head can hold a single viral strand inside of it. The tip end of the staff comes to a needle like point that can be used to directly inject the virus inside the ball into a target. The ball it self can only hold one virus at a time and has to be refilled every twenty posts. Because of Rosuto's natural passive ability with plants and the staff's composition, it can be reconstructed in a single turn after being destroyed.

The only problem is for these to be reconstructed after being destroyed, there would need to be at least some shred of them left, or else they would just be considered techniques. If you're creating something out of nothing with your plant abilities, it'd be a technique. As long as there is like a patch of the cape, you can recreate it, etc. Just so that's clear.

They're approved but you can't "make" them until you're Jonin+

and its for Rosuto.....the Dokusei Naito Shinu Dakar/human hybrid with gravity

But Rosuto never could learn Naito stuff. Remember. It would cost you, your element. To learn the main jutsu of Naito.

Ok He does know weapon sense and the only reason I've made any weapons for him in the first place was because of that Naito connection but if that not enough its ok.

Besides soon enough he'll loose his element anyway
