Description: Able to make the air denser in a 30 feet diameter, causing the opponent to have trouble breathing. This makes it harder for them to move. While the opponent is in the range, their speed lowers one rank. This stage does not cause the opponent to not breath, only making them having trouble breathing, and gasping for air. This is instant thickining in the air.. The thicker air is harder to move in, which makes it harder to dodge attacks, and run as fast. Since it is hard for them to breath they can not move as fast as they could before because, they don't have enough air, to make energy for them, and they have to focus on steady breathing because if they breath to hard or to lightly they will not receive enough oxygen in the lungs, and the thicker air is heavier on the lungs. So that is how they are reduced one rank in speed.

this needs a whole lot more explination.....instant thickening of air or takes time? Why does it move at C rank speeds if its a diameter cast that thicken the air? Why does making the air thick make it harder to move? Does that mean they move at a slower rank or just can't dodge fast?
