| Akiba had been training getting stronger preparing himself for the future to be stronger everyday he thought about the loss he had suffered at the hands of cavli it angered him to have been so helpless at the time and it was evident in his demeanor as his freakish strength allowed him to destroy the side of the tree he had been using to train with merely a single kick the tree was left standing however severely damaged he stood motionless taking in the damage he had done as his mind raced | |

| As Akiba kicked the tree, a kunai with an explosive tag would land on the ground in front of him an explode. It would be easy to dodge and the point of it would be to show Akiba the presence of his opponent. The person who threw it? Tayuya, a girl with bright red hair, stepped forwards, removing her bracelet. As the bracelet was removed from her wrist, the temperature in the area would instantly drop, becoming cold instantaneously. "Sorry about this.... duty over emotion, right?" she said, not wanting to blatantly attack him, but an enemy nin was an enemy nin after all. Ice swirled around her arm and then shot out at Akiba. - braclet:

It takes 5 posts to freeze, where you could see your breathe and ice crystals begin to form. 10 posts for it to literally start snowing. 20 posts everything will begin to freeze over.

| Akiba turned as the kunai landed at his feet he jumped back and out of the way of the exploding tag ahh great someone to battle with this is perfect I can test my new abilities out with you care for a warm up? he said his head cocked to the side as if he had lost his mind he lifted his bulky scythe from behind the tree as the bones in his upper body began to shift he pulled the sleeves off removing his grey reaper robe n letting it hang from his waist dashing towards her he formed a few hand signs before releasing the bone in his elbow at the attack she had used. After which his bones in his upper body began to protrude from his skin until all the way out before he formed another set of seals before firing off his finger bullets - Spoiler:

Description: This is another deadly technique which had been hidden from the world by Dakar of times past. This involves the Dakar coating their feet in bone armor which incorporate jet pistons into their design. This allows the Dakar to create multiple explosions which deal D-rank damage for each leg as well as cause them to accelerate at C-rank speeds. This also stacks with their strength like a combination jutsu allowing them to kick opponents with 1-rank higher than their current strength rank
Name: Bone Elbow Explosion Classification: Ninjutsu Rank: C-rank Class: Offensive (Defensive if timed correctly) Range: Short
Description: The user of this technique uses this technique while charging and spins before launching their elbow at the opponent which becomes coated in a spiral of bone which has numerous holes. Upon impact miniature explosions are released from the holes which knock an opponent flying at Bullet Release about 20 feet and if used from above will literally smash them into the ground to deal even more damage. In addition this can be used against C-rank and below weapons and physical attacks as a pseudo defense as they are completely destroyed in the process.

| Tayuya simply dodged the bullets at A-rank speeds. As Akiba's elbow bone struck the ice, it would quickly spread outward and move to cover his arm. If he didn't get rid of the ice quickly it would spike towards his skin and stab his arm in multiple places, rendering it practically useless as the sharp ice spikes would tear through muscles and tendons. Tayuya stomped one foot on the ground and 4 pillars of ice rose up out of the ground from around her, rendering all non Ice-release jutsu B-rank and below useless, including her own. "Warming up is the last thing you will do while fighting me." she replied to him. As she said this, the temperature in the area dropped further, becoming unlivable conditions. - Spoiler:

Description: Tayuya brings the temperature down to levels that cannot be lived in by normal people. This temperature is so cold that it takes S-rank or higher jutsu that raise temperature to stop it. This is not a technique to be used when allies are present, as it affects all non-toketsu people. Every 3 posts the damage done to the opponents gets worse. The first 3 posts attack the targets directly, giving them A-rank freezing damage. The next 3 posts freeze up the muscles of the targets, making them sluggish and giving them a 1 rank loss to speed. After a total of 9 posts the targets will have suffered another A-rank amount of freezing damage, and another rank loss to speed, adding up to 2 ranks down on their speed and S-rank freezing damage, after those posts the freezing temperature returns to normal, however the targets will still be affected from the loss to speed and damage. The downside of this technique is that while it is active, Tayuya will take 1-rank more damage from all techniques and all her basic ice release techniques will drop a rank while this is active.

| (ooc) the elbow shot is a projectile Akiba jumped back and decided to take the air as hopefully he would be better off up there and as he looked down at the girl he smiled your good I really don't want this to end Im having alot of fun he said as an Erie dust began to ooze from his scythe the dust would almost immediately start to take effect on the two of them Akiba smiled again so gorgeous tell me what brings you here and why must you attack me with such ferocity? Also.......DO YOU FEEL THE MADNESS!!!? he began laughing as he dashed towards her at s rank speed swinging his scythe directly directly at her head - Spoiler:
Death: This ability is similar to the Black Dome in the Land of Madness, but it is more accessible to control. With this one could use the madness to drastically increase their power, this would involve directly invoking themselves with madness which gives the drawback if to much madness is taken in they will lose control and go crazy. It also works the same way to a target with the more the target is hit the more madness is sent into them. Of course they will also receive a drastic increase in power but just like with the user if to much madness is given then they will go crazy and attack everybody friend or foe. The only difference between giving madness to oneself or a target is that no matter how much madness the user takes in they will never lose the ability distinguish between friend and foe even if they go mad. When the user invokes themselves with Madness they gain all S-rank tiers (Strength,Endurance,Defense,Barrier,Reaction and Speed).

| Tayuya's eyes widened as she saw his dramatic increase in strength, this would be a difficult battle. Tayuya waited until Akiba was near her and then slammed the air in front of him, sending a huge force towards him that would send him flying backwards, at the same time a lion's head of ice would surround her, although in the current situation it would be pretty much useless. "My duty requires that I must kill you, forgive me." she replied to him coldly. She thought to herself for a minute, this guy was stronger then she expected, there was no way she could beat him with purely ice jutsu. She allowed the ice pillars she had created to shatter. Afterwards Tayuya expelled a large amount of water from her mouth, she then molded her chakra into it and raised it up, forming a massive sphere of water around her and akiba, with her as the center. Lastly she formed a mask over her face that allowed her to breath underwater. - Spoiler:

Being hit by this jutsu will first freeze the target’s joints where they can’t move them for 7 posts then after those 7 posts are over the targets body will be numbed for 10 posts.

Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques.
The jutsu covers a wide range, 50 meters at genin, 75 meters at chuunin, 100 meters at jonin, and 200 meters at Sannin. The jutsu moves itself, and the user if riding the wave, at B rank speed and strikes at B rank strength. Afterwards, the power of water jutsu is increased by 1 rank and their chakra costs are decreased by 1 rank.
Water Prison Shark Dance Technique (Canon)

Range: 50 meters in all directions
Description: (Requires that Tayuya first use exploding water colliding wave). Tayuya draws the water from EWCW into a massive dome of water that extends 50 meters from all directions from Tayuya. She is always the center of the dome, as where she moves it moves. The water is not special in any way other than the fact that it is normal water, and as such it can easily drown opponents, it can even drown Tayuya provided she doesn't have a jutsu that allows her to breath underwater. (People will drown if remaining in the water for 5 posts without breathing)

| Akiba looked around at the water he had been encased in his anger had gotten the best of him as his head jerked back towards his opponent he knew getting out was his only option he didn't wanna kill another person let alone a female such as her however she wouldn't stop attacking so be it he thought as he reached back with his left hand swiftly he ripped his entire spinal column out lashing it towards her with tremendous strength and speed even though he was submerged in water aiming to pull her in after wards he attach his scythe back to his back as he began to take on his true form and using the pistons in his legs he'd fly towards her at blinding light while aiming a devastating kick to her ribs of the whip didn't work. - Spoiler:

| As the spinal whip came towards her, she released a gust of cold wind from within the water that would drop the rank of the spinal cord to C-rank, after that she just allowed the chord to hit her and it didn't even leave a scratch thanks to her S-rank endurance that grants her immunity to C-rank and below attacks. As this happened, Akiba would feel a massive amount of pain from the cold, dealing A-rank damage to his body in an instant. (It's been more than 3 posts since using sub zero domain). In the meantime, Tayuya charged her body with Flux to increase her speed to S-rank speeds and then used that speed to nimbly dodge Akiba's kick, forming an ice wall behind her for her to kick off of and get away from the kick. As Akiba's kick would connect with the ice wall, the ice would attempt to cover his leg and stab it with ice spikes. - Spoiler:

| Akiba would stop the kick mid swing and Retreat a couple hundred feat with haste before he decided to take to the air and fast the freezing cold temperature had caused his left arm to freeze completly solid from the inside so he removed the old bone hence another would grow back in it's place immediately Putting his scythe back on his back he began lacing handseals together the attack he had suffered served it's purpose as the cold made moving his left arm and fingers on that hand near immpossible but he continued first transforming into his true dakar form he formed another set of handseals which after he was done He'd realease 5 Rod like bones and send them shooting at The girl following up by coating his hands in Spiked bone he'd land on the ground and began to smash his fists into it tearing the Earth apart with his already incredible strength masive spires of bone would shoot up and around her to and cause a huge explosion. - Spoiler:

Description: This is another deadly technique which had been hidden from the world by Dakar of times past. This technique is the result of an incomplete fusion of Life and Explosive release resulting in powerful techniques which use bones as a medium for explosion. In this technique the user produces 5 rods made out of bone from each of their arms and then launches it forward at the opponent at high speeds each of them moving at Crashing Ground speed. The hidden ability to of each of these bone rods to explode with B-rank damage can prove fatal damage especially since they stack.

Description: The Dakar creates spiked knuckles of bone which have chakra coursing through them. They then use these to strike their opponents while attempting to impale them with the 5 inch spikes on their knuckles. If successful they will set the mine, with the area impaled glowing orange before being able to be detonated 5 posts after the strike has landed. In addition the secondary function of these knuckles is as a defensive weapon as they can cause B-rank and below jutsu to explode upon impact protecting the user from harm.

Description: The Dakar slams the ground repeatedly while they have Bone Knuckle Explosion active resulting in massive spikes of bone being launched all around them before exploding blanketing the area within 15 feet of them in a B-rank explosion meanwhile within they are covered with a dense cocoon of bone which protects them from their own technique. In addition if timed correctly the explosion can literally redirect B-rank attacks right back at the opponents

| Tayuya moved at S-rank speeds to dodge the incoming rods and narrowly would avoid them, as the explosions set off around her, she would release a gust of cold wind they would weaken the explosion down to C-rank levels. Tayuya would then simply stand there, taking no damage from the explosion thanks to her inhuman endurance. She would then cause a massive wave of ice crystals to form and launch towards Akiba, attempting to swallow him up within the ice and do one of two things, either crush him completely, or make him die from the sheer cold of the attack. - Spoiler:

| Akiba grew angered by the way she dodged so easily it was like even though he hit her no damage was being taken while all the other damage she put out was deadly to Him He seen the wall off ice coming and forming a masive amount of handseals and letting his hands and arms transform he would dodge the blast of ice and crystal right before it reached him he'd dissapper at S-rank speed Reappering 10 behind the girl he would Let off a massive attack full of chakra and blood directly at her she would have a little time to react seeing as the closing distance between him and her was but so far and the blast was fired immediately "Dodge that... he'd say under his breath afterwards - Spoiler:

| Tayuya grit her teeth and took the brunt of the attack, luckily her endurance dropped the power down to B-rank so it wasn't too serious, she used the close proximity he put himself in to her advantage as she punched him in the chest with A-rank strength and S-rank speed. The punch would have an added effect that would add B-rank freezing damage to the punch, adding up to A + B damage from the punch, the punch would be powerful enough to send him flying. At the same time, Ice spikes would form in the air behind, above, and to the sides of Akiba. The close proximity would give him little to no chance of dodging, plus any possible escape routes would lead him straight into the spikes, and lastly, the punch would knock him straight into the spikes which would impale him. - Spoiler:

Description: This technique boosts the abilities of "frozen touch". Allowing Tayuya to hit a target to freeze them and Cause damage. The damage caused is equal to Tayuya's strength. The effects of the freezing are different depending on the body part hit:
Arms, hands, or shoulders: The freezing causes movement in these areas impossible for 2 posts, (posts can stack between hits)
Torso: The target takes damage 1 rank above Tayuya's strength.
Anywhere below the waist: The target's speed is reduced by 1 rank for 2 posts. (Speed reduction can stack between hits.)

| Akiba took the punch in the Chest However due to his reaction he was able to expand the bones in his rib cage out of his body in a bit of protective shell as the punch sent him flying the bones freezing on contact he'd break them off letting them regrow outside of his body thankfully he hadn't changed his arms back as he fired a contiued blast of his bone Cannon in a sweeping motion at the ice he was hurled at shattering it before it had a chance to harm him he'd recover and skid to a halt on the ground breathing heavy and on one knee he looked up to the girl with a smile that he couldn't help but show though she had damn there destroyed him in every way of the fight he was excited and happy he had enjoyed himself in this fight the entire time and in a way wished it didn't have to be the way it was in turn he stood firmly with the aid of his Scythe showing no more ill will he removed the hood from his grey uniform "you are a very strong opponent as i have said before before we finish this battle if we must may i ask your name? it seems fair to ask that of a beautiful kunoichi such as yourself he asked his White hair and green eyes showing due to him removing his hood - Spoiler:

Description: This technique allows Akiba to expand his Rib cage inside or outside his body weather it's to protect agaisnt Internal damage or External. Externally the bones Will shoot out of his body forming sharp Spikes that can Cause D-rank Damage however if used offensively akiba will latch onto his opponent impailing him/her with the bones.
his endurance would reduce the physical blow to b-rank damage though so even though its unneeded i decided to keep it interesting a lil bit for you lol

| Tayuya would breathe heavily and sigh, the battle was beginning to wear on her, but there was no way he would last much longer. "My name is Tayuya, but I'm afraid this battle must end now. Forgive me, if I could have it another way I would." she replied to him with a cold voice. Tayuya summoned her Kekkai Tota's power and summoned two flux bolts that moved at SSS-rank speed to hit Akiba. Akiba would also feel the power of the Subzero Domain again as his speed would drop a rank. The speed and power of the bolts would be intense, and the chance of him surviving would be unlikely. - Spoiler:
Endurance only counts for chakra based attacks, so you still take the A-rank damage from the punch.
Cryo has been active about 13 posts, so the speed of flux channeling is SSS-rank. I used the jutsu twice, summoning two bolts of flux at once which will stack the damage.
Flux Channeling
Classification: Ninjutsu
Rank: B-S
Class: Offensive
Range: N/A
Description: This technique is a form of highly advanced Flux Release control, this allows her to use her flux release chakra in short bursts from one water source to another, and she can use ice as this water source if necessary. Using this she can channel powerful flux through the ice crystals in the air towards an opponent. The speed at which it moves increases with how long cryo has been active. Every 3 posts it increases in speed, starting at B-rank speed and capping at SSS-rank speed. This means that once cryo has been active for 12 posts, it is at it's max speed of SSS-rank speed. The power of the flux is always equal to her rank, capping out at S-rank power when she is Sannin.

| Tayuya was breathing very heavily after her last attack. Her opponent escaped, but she had won. It was time for her to go home and recuperate however, as the battle had been very taxing on her body.
