Description: This seal allows you to seal any chakra, your opponent might have. It seals chakra. This jutsu will only work if you are able to get close enough to the opponent's stomach. The only way it can be unsealed by the Mystical Palm Technique or the Chakra Scapel because it has some wounded poison in the process.

This justsu seems like Five Pronged Seal. Not to say its completely bad. Just giving a heads up there.

umm... Sorry meim. But I'ma have to ask Vance to up the rank. D-C rank to completely seal away a person's chakra? I'd say its more of an A or S rank personally. But that's just me.
