Personality: Growing up in a land surrounded by a dome that causes nearly total blackness in the village Hiromi learned to take soft and deliberate steps from the moment she began to walk so she could avoid tripping and causing harm in any other way. This philosophy of walking carried onto the rest of her life. She is a generally calm and reliable individual that prefers to take deliberate actions over ones based on emotion.

This doesn't mean that she is an emotionless person though, no, she has plenty of emotion especially affection towards her friends. She is well known for coming to the aid of her friends when they were emotional and needed her, such as when one of her friends had lost her boyfriend and was an emotional wreck, its days such as those that she is known for. Because of all of that she can best be described as a nice, friendly, and calm person.

It takes quite a bit to strike her ire but a few things are well known to do such a thing. Through her days in the academy and as a child she loathed the childhood bullies and the way they discriminated against others. Simply because someone looked a bit different or came from another part of the world was no reason to hate them and because of that outlook on life she tends to break-up fights and stand-up for others in those situations.

History: As a toddler Hiromi was like many other children, hyper, and as such she was a bit of a clumsy klutz. It was after tripping over one of her own toys and cutting her head open that she adopted a new path and began to pay more attention where she walked and took time to do things. This philosophy/way of doing things following her through the rest of the years as she grew up. Perhaps 'growing up' a bit early by some standards she buckled down and got to reading, after learning to of course, at an earlier age then most. Already able to read fluently by the time others had just began to start.

She entered the Shinobi Academy in Kaosgakure with a handle on the theory behind many jutsu, but no experience in them, and found that Theory and actuality were quite different. Consistently being amongst the last to master techniques during the early days of the academy. It wasn't until halfway through the first year she began to finally get a handle on things. Taking things in a calm, and slow pace, she hammered away at things until they broke down and she figured them out, rarely choosing to give up. Finally by the end of the first year she was near the top of the class, not quite at the top but up there all the same. Although like many clanless shinobi without a kekkai genkai she wasn't anything special not having any extra abilities going for her she didn't let that hold her back and made it through the academy graduating as one of the best non KKG students.

Her genin life was less then special with nothing overly notable going for her career wise, no major criminals captured or battles to the death, in fact it was a relatively calm affair that fit her quite well. She helped people out, did escort jobs, even helping with Village affairs on occasion (One of her jobs being the glorified assistant to one of the elders in the village). She spent most of her free time apprenticing and learning under the senior shinobi when she had the chance doing her best to learn new tricks and pick up a thing or two here and there. It was the traits like those, and the things she learned, that allowed her to make it to Tobetsu Jonin rather then that of a chuunin rank when it was time to move on from genin.

Since becoming Tobetsu Jonin, a relatively new affair for her, her life hasn't changed much and she didn't expect it to. She's still in the transitioning phase and trying to figure out just what her new title might entail on her to do.

Primary Weapon: Shikomizue, or the hidden cane sword, is Hiromi's 'trademark' weapon of sorts. Not only enjoying it for its deadly usage, as a weapon, but as a joke of sorts to tap people on the heads with. Though she rarely draws it out as a weapon, so, many seem to think its a cane and an odd style choice. Given to her by one of her parents, as they had often joked she would need a cane as a child with how 'blind' she was when she bumped into things.
