Missing Ninja Organization: Gekihen

History: Gekihen was a fairly new organization that was started by a low-ranking criminal who has quickly made a name for herself and her organization.  Her partner in crime was reported to be immortal, though no living proof has come to light, mainly because no one is left alive after encountering the two.  Other members joined over the next several months, though overall the group was mostly shrouded in secrecy. They worked quietly, biding their time, supposedly taking bounty missions and blending in like any other Missing-nin or Hunter-nin but the winds of change have already started to stir and something is coming, something big.

Over the years Gekihen grew in power until they became powerful enough to participate in the First Shinobi World War personally ending it when the leader of the organization killed Cassandra Duo while the other members dispatched other powerful Shinobi of that Era. Due to this the war suddenly ended and Gekihen went quiet only to resurface briefly during the Second Shinobi World War in which the Shogun of the West Continent claimed the Shinobi World as part of the West Emperor's territory. They stormed the mainland and weren't seen ever again, with rumors having it that they all perished in the assault..

Special Ability: The Cataclysm Cloak is tailor made for each of Gekihen's shinobi with a collective ability to mess with the user's techniques, because of that each one of the 11 has a different effect. Each Cloak has six seals, 3 on the left and 3 on the right which hold 45 Rage Shuriken, 30 Rage Bombs and 15 Rage Kunai (60 Rage Shuriken, 40 Rage Bombs & 30 Rage Kunai in total) all the wielder has to do is tap one of the seals and a certain amount of the weapon will manifest thanks to Summoning: Lightning Flash Blade Creation. Also Each Cloak is decently reinforced allowing it to sustain damage from 1 S-rank, 3 A-ranks, 6 B-ranks or 12 C-ranks before becoming tattered. Members of Gekihen are allowed to further customize the seal work within their cloaks to better suit them.

Special Ability: Rage Shuriken each have a unique shape and lightness which gives them a natural advantage against normal shuriken while they function just like normal shuriken, each one moves 1 tier level faster than normal shuriken when thrown thanks to their natural lightness, each one also has a strengthening seal engraved into them giving them superior durability (S-rank) and defense slicing ability when thrown (A-rank) in comparison to normal shuriken.

Special Ability: Rage bombs are another mass produced offshoot of the founder's personal weapons which are the combination of smoke bombs and normal bombs when thrown it results in a B-rank explosion which has a rather large blast radius for the weapon's size namely dealing B-rank damage over a blast radius of 5 feet. In addition black smoke (20 ft radius) is released in conjunction with the explosion which acts as a useful distraction as upon inhalation opponents hack and cough with their eyes burning for 5 P.T as it is a severe eye irritant (Those with S-rank Endurance are immune but each rank of End Tiers lowers eye burning by 1 P.T, doujutsu user's are affected for double the time). Rage Bombs either explode on impact or can be remotely detonated by the user with a hand sign.

Special Ability: Rage kunai are another mass produced offshoot of the founder's personal weapons which are engraved with explosive seals (A-rank with a 1 ft blast radius) as well as strengthening tags allowing them to be remotely detonated as well as able to withstand S-rank damage as well as block other physical weapons S-rank & below with ease. Rage kunai are made out of a chakra sensitive metal and when chakra is coursed through them they gain additional properties this only extends to the primary elements however.
Fire - They become engulfed in flames, inflicting cauterizing wounds which deal an equivalent rank in pain (speed &/or strength) when striking opponents.
Water - They become drenched in water, inflicting sap (chakra loss) damage equivalent to the wielder's speed or/& strength when striking the opponent.
Earth - They become encased in stone, unable to be harmed by S-rank & below physical based weaponry techniques which do not involve bypassing.
Wind - They become shrouded in wind inflicting bleed damage equivalent to ?D (? being either 1 or 5 depending on the speed &/or Strength when striking the opponent.)
Lightning - They become electrified, piercing through S-rank & below physical defenses which do not provide Physical damage negation.
