Special Ability:Cero has the ability to shoot beams of Chakra at high rates. For every ten beams shot it equals up to a C-Rank Jutsu. Specially designed by Kuzimaru only he can use it. A downside of Cero is that Kuzimaru can only use it when the Seal is Released from his hand.

1st The Beams of chakra will cost chakra. But the higher rank the beam the faster it will get shot out. Now its up to you if you want them to be able to be controlled by you or not. But mind you overuse will result in chakra depletion.
