| Weapon Name: Heiryoku Ring Type: Ring Rank: S How Many: Every Member receives one. Appearance: It is a Silver Ring, With this crest on it - Spoiler:
The Ring Looks like a normal Clan ring. Special Ability: It has a seal which can only be activated and deactivated by the Leader's Heiryoku Ring Techs. If on, it won't come off without using those techs. Once on the user will be able to use Heiryoku Tech and automatically receive any passives because they are stalled in the ring. Also for Recon, Since the ring is a symbol of a missing-nin org. Members who do not wish to go missing-nin can hind the ring with chakra, Making it completely undetectable too all. Once removed, All memory of the Organisation will be lost. Allows the members to Know another members mind, can tell what they are thinking and communicate that way. (All members can Talk via PM and use that in battle, rather then spell things out while RPing. All Secret members can stay up to date without actually having to Rp the conversation). Also the Leader's ring will allow them to Auto-Learn All Heiryuko Tech But that ring is SS Rank History: The Rings were created by Dorik, He died too create these. He spent Years Filling Each ring with his Chakra, so that all who wear it will be able to fight on par with him. They were used to help seal away Bijuu as well as ensure there was total loyalty to the cause with each member. He made it so it wouldn't hurt when it was installed, and so it wouldn't scar when removed, however it does store current memory. So once removed, All memory will be lost. Dorik had used all his chakra to create these, and they have served the Org well. *********************** - Neo:

| I'll go a head and approve this don't have a problem with it at all more of a suggestion.
Instead of a bolt why not just make it like a seal. As a bolt it makes it seem like you could cut the finger off to remove.
For instance the ring is no more of a symbol of the seal. If a finger is cut off the seal would form a new ring on a different finger of the sorts. But I'm just throwing this out there. Approved none the less | |
