Special Ability: Registers to the 1st person that activates them.Once registered only the user can use them and they will become useless to anyone else that attempts to use them. The Main function is that they work as a two way receiver which activates brain function and allows the bodies that they are installed in to regain their brain function but remain completely loyal to the user of the technique they are able to "learn" based on their memories which are read by the user allowing the user to train the bodies as normal individuals.
