Appearance: Impulse Regalia: Avempace is the regalia of the Mechanics Road. This regalia is special as it seems be integrated completely into the rider’s chakra skates, unlike most regalia which are a certain wheel of the chakra skate. This regalia holds a close resemblance to a turbofan, actually the inner components of the chakra skate is completely identical to that of a turbofan. Because of this the front of the chakra skates have an opening with a fan, which is used to absorb the wind, and another opening in the back which acts as a nozzle and releases the absorbed wind as exhaust. Due to similarities with a turbofan the wind absorbed is actually converted into kinetic energy making the usage of the Rising Road application that much easier. Even though this regalia is in a constant state to be able to force it to transform a certain speed must be achieved, that speed being no less than Mach 5.

This regalia also happens to have a transformed state. When in its transformed state the chakra skates take more of a jet appearance. From the sides of the shoes a pair of jet wings will come out both with two mini turbofans below them. The front wheels will transform into a curved spike, remaining at the bottom of the shoe. The back wheels will stay the same but become slimmer and shrink to match the size of the transformed front wheel. Once in this transformed state the rider can reach speeds up to Mach 25.

Special Ability: Due to the similarities with a turbofan this regalia can absorb wind and convert it into exhaust giving the rider immense amounts of speed. Being created by the Over road, this regalia absorbs all wind no matter what rank, making wind jutsus completely ineffective against this regalia.
