Special Ability:This under armor will adjust to the user and restrain its true strength by 2 rank under its current rank, because of this it allows a normal human to pass his own limits. At the cost of once the user puts this on he can only take it off to fight, sleep or take showers. When the user trains any taijutsu while wearing this it will actually be two ranks higher than the rank trained once the user takes off the vest, because of the vest restrain properties. Ex Your learning a B rank jutsu while your being restrained by two ranks meaning once you take it of it is raised by two rank. Unrestrained a D level tai goes to B, C->A,B->S, and caps at A->SS.
