Description: Combining kugujutsu with the abilities of her Nuibari, Rika has created a technique that allows her to use Nuibari as a means of transferring her kugujutsu threads to her target. This can be done subtly and can be used in conjunctions with any puppetry thread technique: blood threads, chakra threads, ect. This can be used on people and other puppets as well. Any threads attached this way are increased in durability by one rank.


Name: Dance of Resu: Set
Classification: Kenjutsu
Rank: D-rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: Long

Description: This is simply a preparation technique in which Rika spreads the wires of Nuibari all over the battle field. Upon activation, this technique requires Rika to be in constant movement, spreading the wires around the battlefield. (Jutsu isn't revealed in spoilers until preparation is complete.) For this technique to be finished, Rika needs to land a hit on the target with Nuibari. The amount of posts it takes to set up "set" is determined by Rika's speed:

Normal running speed 128 posts to set up
D-rank = 64
C-rank = 32
B-rank = 16
A-rank = 8
S-rank = 4
SS-rank = 2
SSS=rank = 1


Name: Dance of Resu: Slice
Classification: Kenjutsu
Rank: C-rank
Class: Offensive
Range: Long

Description: The follow up to Dance of Resu: Set. "Slice" begins upon Rika piercing the target with nuibari at the end of "set". Rika yanks on the wire and all the wires that were prepared by Rika during "set" are drawn in towards the target, this is unavoidable as they are being pulled towards the target themselves, not the area the target is occupying. The wires will be pulled tightly around the target , holding their limbs down and cutting into their skin painfully, but not lethally. Jutsu that require movement (handseals included) are unusable while trapped in this technique. Other jutsu that don't require movement must be B-rank or above to be used.

Name: Dance of Resu: Dice
Classification: Kenjutsu

Class: Offensive
Range: Long

Description: The finishing move of Dance of Resu. "Slice" must already be completed in order for this technique to be deployed. This is the "no mercy" ending of Dance of Resu. Rika begins by once again piercing the target with Nuibari. She then pulls the wire tighter then before, causing the wire to cut deeply into the target. This deals B-rank cutting damage (Will dice a defenseless target to death just as slashing someones neck with a D-rank sword will kill them if they fail to defend against it). The rank of damage is increased for every 2 extra posts of preparation done during "Set", capping out at S-rank.

Name: Dance of Resu: Seal
Classification: Kenjutsu/Kinjutsu/Fuinjutsu
Rank: B-rank (B-rank blood price)

Range: Long

Description: This is the secondary finishing move of Dance of Resu. This takes place after "slice" and skips "dice" entirely. Rika engraves a seal on her hand with the point of nuibari and then impales her palm with it. Rika then pierces the immobile target with nuibari and pulls it tightly, pulling her palm to their forehead. This causes the bloody seal to be placed on the target. This causes the target to be unable to use any jutsu equal in rank to Rika and below while still trapped, and causes their tiers to drop by a rank every post they remain trapped by the wires set up by "slice". This is used for entrapping the target and removing their offensive capabilities. If the target manages to get free from "seal" then the drop in their tiers will remain for 5 posts, although they will be free to use any other jutsu again.

Name: Notched Wire
Classification: Kenjutsu
Rank: D-rank
Class: Supplementary
Range: N/A

Description: A simple technique Rika developed through her practice with nuibari. This involves her adding a notch, or bend, to the wire of Nuibari. This allows her to yank on the wire after it pierces through the target, causing the notch to bend further and redirect Nuibari back towards Rika herself, from which point she can easily catch it. This technique was created by Rika for the sake of removing the necessity to chase after Nuibari constantly in order to retrieve it after "stitching" a target.

Set should have it's set up time dependent on her tiers and should be AOE

That should be separated into three techniques.

The first being sealing away their ability to use techniques equal to Rika's rank and below should instead be.

Either:

* Seals away the victims ability to utilize chakra techniques equal to Rika's rank unless reversed by an equivalent seal along with paying the same blood price.

* Seals away the victims ability to utilize chakra techniques equal to Rika's rank and below for 10 posts (total) unless reserved by a equivalent seal along with paying an the same blood price.

The second part which is the tier lowering should be a secondary jutsu.

Either

* B-rank : Lowers a specific tier of Rika's choice by 1-rank permanently unless reversed by an equivalent unsealing technique along with paying the same blood price.

Increases in rank will result in a larger reduction
A-rank 2-ranks
S-rank 3-ranks
SS-rank 4-ranks
SSS-rank 5-ranks.

Finally the third which is a follow up to the second can just be a secondary kinjutsu which involves you paying an additional blood price to trigger the victim upon unsealing it to suffer from the tier reduction for an additional amount of posts B-rank 5, A-rank 10 etc etc.

Name: Kugu Speed
Classification: Kugujutsu
Rank: D-SSS Rank (Current Rank: D)

Range: N/A

Description: Advanced puppeteers become fast and faster at their art, thus adding speed tiers to their puppets. This is trained multiple times to achieve a purpose. Tier cap is at S-rank speed, but if the puppeteer breaks S-rank speed, then this jutsu may be trained up to as high as the user's speed tier. This is trained as a normal jutsu, just multiple times, following normal word count. If trained as a D-rank, the users puppets will permanently gain D-rank speed, from there it can be trained up to C-rank, ect. However, as with normal tiers, they must be learned in order, no tiers can be skipped. Each time trained it is treated as a new jutsu, counting towards the jutsu limit. So at B-rank, it takes up a D, C, and B rank slot in the user's jutsu limit.

(Include that once trained to a certain rank it takes the place of that specific rank i.e S-rank functions as a S-rank in the jutsu limit.)

Name: Silent Blade
Classification: Kenjutsu

Description: Silent Blade is a kenjutsu technique used mostly by assassins. It requires the user to know the Silent Killing technique as a prequisite as it is a more advanced version of that technique revolving around kenjutsu. The Mastery of this jutsu veries from user to user and it may be trained multiple times to increase it's rank, however each separate rank counts as a separate jutsu and as such takes up the slots. This is used in conjunction with silent killing to fight stealthily and quickly with a blade. It is so hard to detect that the opponent must have reaction tiers equal to the rank of Silent Blade in order to detect it in time to dodge it at all. However, Silent Blade can only be trained as high as the user's speed, and it caps at S-rank.

No more D-S so if you want advanced versions you will have to make entirely separate techniques.

How the most common silent killing works, which hasn't been changed, relies on a mist or cover where in one of those cases a reaction tier is necessary due to the target not being able to see, without a cover the target can normally see the user so reaction isn't necessary. Take out reaction tier part or specify only reaction needed under a mist.

Name: Dead Mode: Mind and Body

Description: An adaption of the Dead Blade technique created by Rika Ryuude to fit her fighting style. It focuses around her living weapon, Kitsune, and the ability Dead Mode gives it to become semi tangible and deal mental damage. Kitsune's ability to switch between sword form and mask form is unique and with this fighting style it allows her to switch between mental damage transferred both physically and nonphysically. In sword form it can bypass defenses to deal direct mental damage equal to it's rank and upon making contact with the target it can be used as a means of instantly activating a genjutsu upon the target. In Mask form Kitsune amplifies any genjutsu used by Rika allowing it to pierce Barrier tiers equal to Kitsune's rank and below. It's most interesting ability however is to defend her from genjutsu equal to Kitsune's rank and below by transferring the genjutsu from Rika to itself. This will shorten the duration of Rika's dead mode by a certain amount of posts depending on the rank of the genjutsu blocked by Kitsune. Any genjutsu blocked by Kitsune this way will be added onto the next genjutsu used by Rika, amplifying the power of it, as long as Kitsune is used as a medium to transport it.

Name: Higurashi no naku Koro Ni
Classification: Genjutsu
Rank: S-rank

Description: A genjutsu to be transferred to the target upon them looking at Kitsune no Shidare in mask form. This will trap the target in a genjutsu where they see their friends trying to kill them over and over, all the while a rash builds on the side of their neck that bleeds and maggots fall from. The jutsu lasts 10 posts and causes intense mental pain as well as taking the targets focus off the user for the duration of it. The mental damage is over time, however those with barrier tiers to defend simply suffer an S-rank of mental damage.

Make it 10 Posts (total) for the Genjutsu, also add in the mental damage dot. Include that those with S-rank or above Barrier Tiers do not sustain the DOT but instead take an S-rank of mental damage. The first one is approved
